Three Ways to Book
Book It Yourself, Any Hour
Pick new patient or returning patient, choose a time that works, and you are done. It takes about a minute and you do not have to wait for the office to open.
Talk It Through First
If you are not sure what you need, call and describe it. The front desk will work out how much time to set aside and who you should see.
For Emergencies, Just Come
If you are in pain or something has broken, walk in. We see emergencies the same day for new and existing patients alike.
Your first visit takes about an hour. That is on purpose.
Once you book, we send your new patient forms over so you can fill them in before you arrive. Bring a list of any medications you take, and any recent x-rays from a previous dentist if you can get them. Neither is essential.
At the visit itself we take a full set of x-rays, do a complete exam, then sit down and go through what we found. You leave knowing what is going on and what your options are, not with a vague sense that something needs doing.
You are welcome to bring someone into the room with you. If you are nervous about the visit, say so when you book and we will take it slower.
More detail on all of this in our dental FAQs.
Who You Will See
Mention what you are coming in for and the front desk will book you with the right person.

Not sure who to ask for? Book anyway and we will sort it out at the exam. You can also meet the whole team or read our patient reviews first.

Booking Questions
How do I book an appointment?
Three ways. Book online at any hour, call the office at 646-859-7048 during opening hours, or walk in if it is an emergency.
Online booking asks whether you are a new or returning patient, then shows you available times.
Can I get an appointment today?
For emergencies, yes, and that applies to new patients as well as existing ones. Call us or walk in.
For routine visits it depends on the day. Saturdays and the Tuesday and Wednesday evening slots go first, so book those further ahead.
Do I need to fill anything in before I come?
We send your new patient forms across once your appointment is booked. Filling them in beforehand means your appointment time goes on your teeth instead of paperwork.
How long will my first appointment take?
About an hour. That covers a full set of x-rays, a complete exam, and time to sit down and go through what we found. We would rather do that properly than move you through quickly.
What if I need to reschedule?
Call the office at 646-859-7048 and we will move it. Let us know as early as you can so the slot can go to someone else, particularly for the evening and Saturday times.
I am nervous about coming in. Can I book anyway?
Yes, and tell us when you book. It genuinely changes how we run the visit. We explain each step before it happens, go at your pace, and you can stop us at any point.
You are also welcome to bring someone into the room with you.
